The place was bigger than we thought. very spacious 3bedroom and each room had its own bathroom with enough room for my family and i to spread out. has a patio and large private rooftop. It was very clean and the host was very friendly and responsive. the area and very quiet on the residential side of Playa. About a 15min walk to the beach and 7 Eleven. we had to take taxis to everything else. The only thing that wasn't advertised is they have a electricity usage policy where you'll be charged if you use more than the minimum. This should be included in the listing description. Besides that, a great place to stay if want chill family time!

We loved our stay at Aqua Terra. Unit was exactly as described and was spacious and comfortable. It’s very central and everything you may need or want is in walking distance. Property manager host Blue Playa is helpful and communicative. Electricity charges were separate due to the length of our stay, but billing and usage was exactly as expected. Highly recommend this unit and property management service overall!

Very good location, noisy but understandable because the location. The Flat has got everything you need for a long stay. It was clean and the communication with the concierge Elmer was professional, friendly and helpful. Maintenance, Pool and cleaning of the public areas are done every day by a friendly man called Florentino. However the Flat is in a very poor condition of general maintenance, everything works but looks old and close broken. Walls needs to be painted, fans are dirty and noisy. Bedding clothes, towels, table clothes old and ripe. Apart from that, we had a fantastic time and we felt safe. Thank you

If you're looking for a beautiful place with excellent facilities, a great location, amazing service, comfort, and a true homey feeling, this is it. For me, sleeping on a comfy mattress with good pillows is a must, and this place nailed it! I loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom and they provide everything you need (full-size Dove soap, shampoo, unlimited toilet paper, no need to call for more). I’ve traveled all over the world, and I can honestly say this is the best property I’ve ever stayed at.

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a long-term stay. The pool is big enough for swimming and open from 7 to 10. The staff was always friendly, the beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The only downsides were the loud AC noise at night and the mattress, which was extremely firm. Communication was always fast and attentive. Thank you so much for having me.

Excellent! For four people, it's pure luxury—feels like two apartments in one. Everyone has their own privacy. The location is great, even if it's a bit farther from the beach. I stayed for two months without a single issue. The concierge was always attentive and quick to solve any concerns.

The welcome from the concierge Bernardo was perfect. The place was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. Electricity is charged separately, so be mindful—excessive use can get pricey. The entire complex is well-maintained and secure. The pool is lovely, although the water is quite cold. Parking is right outside the door. Everything in Playa del Carmen is within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Great live music every night from the famous 5th Avenue and just a 1-minute walk to the beach... plus tons of great restaurants nearby!
